Brendan, I find your fawning coverage of Intiman, a company that took my money and gave me nothing in return, to be offensive. I gave them my money and then OTHER theatres gave me something of THEIRS for free.
The first comment here is a taste of things to come for the Intiman. The idea of offering risky and provocative programming is certainly appealing in an effort to reinvent/reinvigorate theatre however, dissatisfied subscribers and donors that lost hundreds of dollars may prove this model to be unsustainable. They should, at the very least, be offered premium seating (rather than general admission) and a stiff drink.
