This weekend, former Macrina Bakery lead pastry chef Mi Kim will officially open her highly anticipated doughnut shop Raised Doughnuts in the Central District, and you better believe the lines will wrap around the block. If that's not enough for you, Side Hustle Doughnuts has also announced plans for ice-cream-filled doughnut nights. In beer news, Fremont Brewing is opening a new sour taproom and Future Primitive Brewing is planning to open in White Center, and Lowercase Brewing will host a frosty pop-up with Mike's Shave Ice this weekend. We've got the details on all of that and more below, and, if that's not enough, you can also check out our lists of June food and drink specials, places to get berry desserts, and our complete food and drink calendar.

OPENINGS
Dandylion
This tapas restaurant, which opened in Queen Anne on June 20, offers craft cocktails and snacky, seasonal, Mediterranean-inflected small plates, such as potato chips with chorizo and creme yogurt; a salmon tartine with caviar, ricotta, eggs, and radishes on Sea Wolf Bakers sourdough; and heirloom tomatoes with burrata.

Ding Tea
The Taiwanese bubble tea chain, which opened a location in University District on June 11, features flavors like winter melon, hokkaido, and matcha, as well as add-in options like sea cream, egg pudding, crystal boba, and golden boba.

Raised Doughnuts
Pastry chef Mi Kim's cult-favorite doughnut pop-up will open its highly anticipated brick-and-mortar location in the Central District on Saturday, June 30, at 7 am, until they sell out (which they will, fast—their soft opening Friday sold out before 10 am). The seasonal flavors for June and July include ube coconut, black sesame, strawberry pie, and blueberry basil, and there will be plenty of permanent flavors on offer, including gluten-free mochi doughnuts, apple fritters, maple bars, and raspberry holes.

CLOSURES
Bandits Bar
The faux Western saloon between lower Queen Anne and Belltown has shuttered. Details about the closure are unknown.

The Sovereign
This underground cocktail bar was seen with a sign reading "open by appointment only" in its window. Seattle Times notes that it may also have been affected by the construction on First Avenue on Pioneer Square that also led to the closure of beloved craft cocktail bar E. Smith Mercantile.
