The other monthly flavors include s'mores, a smoky toasted marshmallow ice cream with homemade honey graham cracker crust and milk chocolate ganache made with Theo Chocolate; vegan scout mint, a dairy-free version of their flavor made with Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies; and apricot sorbet, a dairy-free sorbet made with local organic apricots from Collin’s Family Orchard. Their monthly sundae is the Home Show Sundae, made with sweet cream ice cream, peach compote, freshly baked vanilla meringue, whipped cream, and a Chukar cherry—all proceeds will be donated to Pearl Jam's Home Fund to help fight homelessness.
