Space Needle
The Space Needle has re-opened after its $100 million renovation, with new glass walls and floors to offer more complete views of the city, and has added a snack bar on the observation level and a small bar on the restaurant level. So far, the new menus—which include Dungeness crab-stuffed mushrooms, cocktails, a donut-shaped mac and cheese ring, caramel popcorn, and fish and chips—have received less than positive reviews from the critics at the Seattle Times. The Needle's revolving restaurant has not yet announced an official date for re-opening.
