For a Friendsgiving that's a little different than your usual turkey dinner, chef Ash Stock will join forces with Annie Park (marketing manager of the Sea Creatures restaurant group) for a special pop-up that will explore the "live-fire cooking traditions of Korea," using the Whale Wins' wood-fired oven and outdoor grills. Expect peanut anju (drinking food), grilled gochujang marinated octopus with scallion salad, pork belly bo ssam, house-made kimchi, soju cocktails, and more.

TavolĂ ta Belltown
Rally your crew and stuff yourself with dishes like confit turkey arancini, burrata with cranberry and blood orange, and baked cheesy ziti with taleggio at this Italian-inflected, family-style Friendsgiving feast.

NOVEMBER 23-24
Addo
On Saturday, November 23, chef Eric Rivera of the experimental culinary incubator Addo will put his signature Puerto Rican twist on a Thanksgiving meal with a "pavochon," a crispy turkey cooked in the manner of a roasted pig, plus sides like arroz con gandules, bacalao salad, sancocho, "mom flan," and tembleque. The next day, on Sunday, November 24, he'll host a relaxed Friendsgiving with plenty of family-style dishes, and wine and beer available for sale.

Heartwood Provisions
The whiskey distillery Michter's will team up with Heartwood Provisions to host a Friendsgiving the day before Thanksgiving with a festive bar menu of cocktail specials and Thanksgiving-inspired snacks.

Hearth
The day before Thanksgiving, the Heathman Hotel's restaurant, which focuses on traditional hearth oven cooking techniques, will throw a big, convivial, family-style Friendsgiving feast inspired by the one in the Stanley Tucci classic Big Night, with punch bowls and harvest cocktails. On the big day, they'll serve a more traditional meal with roasted turkey breast, chanterelle and brioche stuffing, traditional pumpkin pie, and more.

Agrodolce
At this Southern Italian trattoria in Fremont, chef Thomas Litrenta will prepare a locally sourced, family-style prix-fixe meal with choices like chicory salad, squash cavatelli, turkey breast involtini, caramelized brussels sprouts, and a pumpkin cannoli.

Hula Hula
Hula Hula puts a tropical tiki twist on Thanksgiving with a menu that includes an oven-roasted Northwest turkey with rosemary gravy, mushroom stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, candied yams, and a Hawaiian sweet roll, with a slice of pumpkin pie for dessert. Stay on for karaoke after.

Margaux Thanksgiving
This Pacific Northwest-meets-French brasserie will have an assortment of cold offerings, turkey, ham, beef tri-tip, accompaniments, and lavish desserts.

Executive chef Anthony Sinsay's buffet will feature traditional dishes alongside Filipino-influenced creations, including apple and endive salad, glazed root vegetables, pork longaniza, vegetable fried wild rice, and braised turkey legs and thighs.

Patagon
The Charter Hotel Seattle's upscale Argentinian-inspired restaurant Patagōn will serve a prix-fixe with bites like duck confit croquetas and chanterelle tartlets and entrees like a turkey and sausage roulade and stuffed pumpkin with raclette. End the meal with maple bourbon carrot bread pudding or persimmon cake with pumpkin whip.

RN74 Thanksgiving
Francophiles will swoon for executive chef Shawn Applin's French-inspired three-course menu, which includes king salmon tartare, pork crepinette, roasted heritage turkey, lobster pot pie, roasted duck breast, apple cobbler, and pumpkin cheesecake. For even more decadence, add on curated wine pairings, lobster tail, or seared foie gras.

TRACE
For this Thanksgiving buffet, Chef Steven Ariel of TRACE updates comforting classics with his trademark Hawaiian twist, resulting in mash-ups like slow-roasted turkey with macadamia nut stuffing and black Forest ham pineapple sliders on Hawaiian sweet rolls.

Wild Ginger Seattle
Flout tradition this Thanksgiving and go for Wild Ginger's menu with an Asian-inspired twist: Malay-style roast turkey with a lemongrass stuffing, wok-fried brussels sprouts, kabocha squash curry, and cranberry sauce with a Chinese wine reduction. The State Hotel's American bistro promises all the classics, with a modern twist and fresh seasonal ingredients.

Daniel's Broiler
In Maria Semple's Seattle-based novel Where'd You Go, Bernadette, the titular character and her family go out to Daniel's Broiler for Thanksgiving, making teenage daughter Bee the envy of all of her classmates. You, too, can claim this covetable situation for yourself with the famous Northwest steakhouse's Turkey Day meal, which will be served at all three of its locations. There's even a chocolate fountain.

This Bellevue spot inside the Hyatt Regency hotel will have a brunch buffet with soup, salad, a seasonal bread station, a Beecher's mac and cheese station with toppings like pork belly and butter-poached shrimp, a seafood station, a carving station, sides, pastries, and a kid-friendly buffet.

Four Seasons Hotel
The Four Seasons Hotel is pulling out all the stops for Thanksgiving with features like bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys, caviar and seafood bars, a huge buffet, complimentary access to the Football Lounge, a photo booth station, a kids' entertainment lounge, and more.

Hotel Sorrento
Pile your plate high with offerings from the historic Hotel Sorrento's sumptuous Thanksgiving buffet with all the fixings, including herb-roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, and lemon dill steelhead, along with sides, a salad bar, desserts, and drinks.

Jimmy's on Broadway
In addition to their regular menu, Jimmy's will have a "down-home turkey dinner" special beginning at noon.

Lost Lake

The Cedarbrook Lodge's restaurant will prepare a farm-to-table feast with roasted turkey and wine pairings.

The Fig & The Judge
This restaurant serving "globally inspired dishes along with Pacific Northwest favorites" on the second floor of the Renaissance Seattle Hotel will offer a three-course prix-fixe meal.

Goldfinch Tavern
This three-course meal from executive chef Emmanuel Calderon includes shared starters, like fried oysters and a cranberry and stonefruit bruschetta, plus entrees ranging from roasted organic turkey to pumpkin risotto and desserts like pumpkin pie or salted caramel mousse.

The Lakehouse
This Bellevue farm-to-table restaurant from chef Jason Wilson will feature roasted honeynut squash soup, fresh oysters, Dungeness crab cakes, organic turkey, deep-fried apple pie, and other Pacific Northwest-sourced fare, with a menu of small plates and appetizers and a three-course prix-fixe dinner.

Miller's Guild
Miller's Guild is serving a simple, elegant three-course dinner with crispy pork pâté croquettes, roasted butternut soup, squash salad, organic roasted turkey with sage brown butter gravy, and prime rib. If you have any room left, there's pecan and pumpkin pie for dessert.

Orfeo
This Belltown restaurant with wood-fired fare will be open for the holiday with their regular menu and a prime rib dinner special for the occasion.

Rider
Hotel Theodore's restaurant, which focuses on locally sourced food from the land and the sea, will offer a platter with a giant smoked, fried turkey leg so you can feast like you're Henry VIII. There are also sides like foraged mushroom stuffing, Dungeness crab mashed potatoes, coal-roasted brussels sprouts, orange coriander cranberry sauce, and pumpkin cheesecake.

Shaker + Spear
In addition to their usual seafood-centric menu, the Kimpton Palladian Hotel's restaurant will offer a plate special with sage-roasted turkey, sausage stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes and gravy. End the meal with gingersnap pumpkin pie with sweet vanilla whipped cream and cinnamon pecans.

Solarium Kitchen and Bar
You can get your fill of herb-roasted turkey, bone-in ham, slow-cooked beef striploin, local salmon, crab legs, and a wide selection of desserts at a buffet at Bellevue's Solarium Kitchen and Bar, accompanied by live piano music by Mike Mansour.

Tilth
In a homey, sunny Craftsman bungalow tucked away in Wallingford, James Beard Award–winning chef Maria Hines and executive chef Joel Panlilio serve up generous, seasonal, sustainable fare with transcendent, evocative powers, and their Thanksgiving feast (made with organic ingredients, as usual) promises to be no different.

Urbane
At Urbane's three-course meal, guests can choose between Tonnemaker Farms roasted pumpkin bisque or a roasted root vegetable salad for their starter, then move on to a roasted Northwest turkey breast with brown butter and chive mashed potatoes, haricots vert, roasted carrots, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Dessert is a pecan pie tart with vanilla bean ice cream, salted caramel, and candied pecans.

Waterleaf
Waterleaf's seasonal menu features winter Caprese with Fuyu persimmons and fresh mozzarella and a choice of three entrees: two-day braised beef short ribs, cedar-planked salmon with parsnips and brussels sprouts, and a classic Thanksgiving dinner with turkey, yams, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and bourbon gravy. Cap it all off with a personal pecan pie or pumpkin pie.

Cafe Flora
