Political satirist Will Durst plays to your NPR sensibilities with observations of Al Gore ("the human dial tone") and Elizabeth Dole ("the original E.D."). Wha--did he just say that!? ARAB FESTIVAL--Why not put aside your insatiable, media-perpetuated misunderstanding of the Arab world for Seattle Center's two-day Arab Festival, part of the year-long Festál celebration, where food, music, film, photography, art, dancing, and calligraphy workshops are just a few of the available attractions? You spend 363 days of the year sure they're plotting to blow up your plane or embassy or New Year's celebration; it's a good idea to check things without CNN whispering in your ear.
