At our Open House on April 17, we will provide a preview of Isabelle's work by way of a short presentation. We'll also recognize the other finalists (some of whom will be in attendance) during the presentation. Everyone at the party will get a chance to see images and learn about all six artists.
REALLY disappointed this didn't go to Browning. Guess he is too brink for the Brink?
I too, think the Brink exhibition should include the 6 shortlisted nominees. And I would like to see an exhibition catalog featuring profiles of ALL 72 nominees, a la the Altoids Award. The catalog would be a fascinating portrait of the region's most vibrant cultural production.
Excellent no-use of bold characters! In addition, I want to say that your thinking and writing about art are superb, and you don't seem like a chronic complainer to me. Keep up that great no-use of bold!
Agree with hometown disadvantage....would be great to see all nominees in catalog....and all 6 in exhibition. Would give interesting scope and support to artists working in the nw.
