He has a name. Reuben Margolin, to be exact.
It is the worst of web etiquette, especially from an art critic, to link to something without mentioning the name of the artist.

@2, mentioning Reuben would have been cool, yes, but mentioning me was even cooler.

@3 There are plenty of local kinetic sculptors who would be happy to work on a project like that, probably at a far more reasonable rate.
