I noticed this art on the banks of the Duwamish River last week.
Meg Hartwig was there with me, working on a piece of her own at the site, also home to an installation by Buster Simpson—both are part of Duwamish Revealed (about which more in this week's paper). But the poster is of unknown origin. Hartwig says she sees this mystery artist's work all over the city and loves it.
But who is it? Simpson? I've asked him but not heard back yet. Was it you? Do you know? Can you tell me? PLEASE?
UPDATE: It ain't Buster. He wrote back, with his characteristic idiosyncratic typography that turns sentiments into poems, "good woodblock but do not know who did it."
