I believe this is from a gallery / print shop on 16th Ave called Pipsqueak Gallery, which i believe is connected to (at least aligned with) the Occupy movement.

yep these are from Pipsqueak and they hang all over Squire Park, especially around Washington Hall and the Juvenile Detention Center. Really great stuff.
