I saw her doing this on 3rd Ave W & Mercer in Lower Queen Anne in early July of this year and I was just like... WHO IS THIS KOOK. It was so bizarre but as a typical Seattleite I did not ask what she was doing. I even posted an Insta Story of it because it was so fascinating and odd. THANK YOU for answering the questions WHY and WHAT and WHO... this made my day.
