This actually makes me sad. You knew that people of color would have a harder time participating but you did it anyway. Also, it is classic “white bro cool” to smoke weed as part of a job evaluation. Would you consider a “naked party” and invite all the electeds to show up naked? I hope not. Guess who probably won’t attend? The women, including the white women. Why set up people of color like that?
