If anybody asks, just act like Swish is a really good album title, ok, baby?

• We still don't have a release date for the new Kanye West album, but the artist appears to be hard at work on those pesky details. Over the weekend, West announced via Twitter that he would be changing the previously announced title of So Help Me God to, simply, SWISH. Perhaps he was inspired by Kendrick Lamar's collaboration with Reebok, and wanted to rebrand the album so it could easily slot into a Nike campaign. Whatever the case, Evan Minsker pointed out this is the not the first time 'Ye has flip-flopped on his title choices. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy was initially called Good Ass Job. And West himself said he might change his mind again. The rapper is currently in New York to attend tonight's Met Gala with his wife, Kim Kardashian, who is likely throwing a fit over the soiree's new rule: no selfies on the red carpet. How will she live without being able to have the freedom and inspiration necessary to create her art?!

• Kendrick Lamar has revealed the name of his superhero alter ego: Hardbody. Mass Appeal interviewed Lamar for their web show Super..., and the rapper said, "The power that he projects is straight love. His energy builds up to the next man and builds up all the way around the world." I mean, this all sounds pretty good, but let's face it. The persona is no Sasha Fierce. (And it's not like Lamar really stretched to come up with the name either.)

• Lana Del Rey is known to have a rabid fan base, and it looks as though they uncovered a few photos of the singer shooting her next video. (Let's hope she's more careful with the selection of her subject matter this time.) Back in January, Rey told Billboard that she has already recorded the tracks for the follow-up to 2014's Ultraviolence. She's calling her fourth record Honeymoon, but of course there's always the chance that she'll change her mind and keep releasing new music via movie trailers instead.

Monday morning banger
Monday-morning banger.
• Might I make a few suggestions? If you're in need of a banger to jump-start your Monday morning, then try Disclosure's "Bang That," which might be heralding the approach of a new album. In a similar pick-me-up vein, try Danny L Harle's remix of Panda Bear's "Come to Your Senses." This version sounds like it sucked down a bunch of helium, took some speed, and went to a rave. And you must watch the video that Lauryn Hill filmed for her fans in Lagos, Nigeria. Hill was forced to reschedule a concert, but she didn't want to leave the audience empty-handed. So, she grabbed a guitar and her backup singers to film an acoustic version of "Doo Wop (That Thing)" in her living room. One of the backup singers does look particularly pint-sized. (She is Hill's daughter Sarah Marley.) You could also check out My Morning Jacket performing new single "Compound Fracture" on The Tonight Show. Their latest album, Waterfall, is out tomorrow. I've been throwing this on when I need to freaking chill out.

• Anyway, hope you had a fun weekend.
