Shell be in town with her a book about the Revolutionary War.
She'll be in town with her new book about a certain French guy's help during the Revolutionary War. Bennett Miller

UPDATE: This post has been bumped up since yesterday—you still have a chance to toss a question or two onto the pile.

Sarah Vowell will be in town tomorrow tonight reading from her new book Lafayette in the Somewhat United States, about the French teenager who came over in the 1770s to help George Washington and his troops win the Revolutionary War. Surely, we will talk about war, and the French, and the hilarious "somewhat" in her book's title, and Congress, and Lafayette abandoning his pregnant wife for the sake of military glory, and the presidential race, but what else should I ask her about?

There'll be a Q&A at the end, but god knows the right audience members—the audience members with good questions—never get called on during those. So if you have a good question for her that you'd like me to ask, put it in the comments and I'll ask her onstage.

The ticket price includes a copy of the book.
