Does the idea of getting paper “democracy vouchers” in the mail and then donating them to candidates still confuse the hell out of you? (Even despite our coverage and this useful graphic that ran in the Seattle Times?)
Want to know why this campaign to get big money out of politics is relying on huge amounts of money to fund its effort? Wonder how they respond to critics’ claims that the small levy attached to the new plan won’t fund itself?
Here’s your chance to ask the people pushing this initiative what the hell it’s all about.
Alan Durning, the executive director of the Sightline Institute, and Brianna Thomas, campaign manager for Honest Elections, are doing a Reddit AMA at 3 pm.
