Do you love chocolate? Yes? Okay! Then you’re going to the chocolate festival, where dozens of chocolate vendors from all over the country lay out their goods and try to impress you. All you have to do is wander around the room, smile at the nice chocolatiers, and shove their endless delectable samples in your mouth. There are demonstrations and classes and other educational events, too, but really the festival is about EATING ALL THE CHOCOLATE YOU CAN IMAGINE! Buy tickets here. (Seattle Center Northwest Rooms, www.nwchocolate.com, 10 am–6 pm, $20 adv/$25 DOS, all ages)
