Also: fried chicken and all the usual sides, plus tons of booze, all in a cozy barroom setting.

North Carolina BBQ + NW Fresh

Hot damn. Woke up dreaming about the cheese grits and plotting to return ASAP. Bold ribs, crazy good salad (yes, at a BBQ joint, we are still in the PAC NW), brisket,pastrami... North Carolina has finally arrived. Thank you Chef Michael Law and the whole fun loving gang. And keep the music rockin'!
