Kraken Congee

Longtime pop-up Kraken Congee has opened its doors in a subterranean Pioneer Square space, where they serve their pan-Asian-inspired rice porridges with toppings such as pork belly adobo, five-spice duck confit, and nuoc cham-marinated hanger steak. Using the giant wok they inherited from the restaurant’s previous tenant, Little Uncle, Kraken has added new menu items like fried rice with baby octopus and kimchi.
