Bread and Circuses
Along with its popular food truck, Bread and Circuses has a permanent kitchen inside the Woods, the tasting room of Two Beers Brewing Company in Sodo. Beer drinkers can fill their bellies with snacks such as duck-fat popcorn with brewerβs yeast, brussels sprout Caesar salad, mac βnβ beer cheese, and the Circus Burger with bacon and arugula on a bone-marrow-slathered bun. Pet owners, take note: Bread and Circuses also has a dish of chicken and rice on its dog menu.
