If you were to order the most standard Chinese meal you could think of from Genghis Khan, you might be both gratified and disappointed by the uneven results. The egg rolls and chicken wings are both crisp, golden, and greasy, exactly how you want them. The mu shu pork is pretty good, with a nice savory mix of meat, mushrooms, and crunchy vegetables, plus those this crepes that give the dish its essential parchmenty flavor. But the kung pao chicken and Szechuan eggplant were almost interchangeable, full of stir-fry filler (onions, green pepper, hot peppers), and the chicken seemed terribly naked without the usual crunchy coating. The garlic spinach was incredibly tasty, as was the house fried rice.
Delivery service is fast and friendly to downtown, Pioneer Square, Belltown, First Hill, and Capitol Hill.
