It reminds me of the social commentary on an episode of fam guy, when a police officer is talking to the press and announces that a young girl of 10 was killed in a horrific car accident, and when the press ask for her name, the officer says "Amy Gutierrez," and the press responds "aww, that's not news."

#15, you must be walking around with rose colored glasses. I'm a full time student attending SCCC, and if you aren't seeing the repugnant shit being left by these individuals then you're just sadly ignoring it. Before the encampment, we were testing the already fragile nutrient depleted soil on the grassy knoll, and it would be interesting to test the soil after they're evicted, and see what kind of damage they've done to it. As a student who's commonly out testing soil on campus, needles are a common sight, along with trash and human fecal matter.

Ugh, #27, I have to attend school there everyday and smell the repugnant shit and squalor. I'm broke ass too and trying to make that big career change, but damn people, get your shit and literal shit together. Camp out in the financial district, campus is where we're trying to do shit the right way and move beyond indigent lifestyles.
