I know it was probably a typo, but I'd like to point out that The Nuge does NOT have a column at the prestigious, award-winning Washington Post and instead writes for the right-wing dung heap Washington Times. Ahem!

The only one who supports it is the new King County Boys & Girls Club CEO, who didn't consult anyone before making this shitbird move.
Both my kids spent a lot of time there and I helped coach basketball there last year. It's got one of the best preschool and after-school/summer programs around--and I've never seen a single kid "lost" or "dehydrated" (how did you diagnose this anyway?!). Hundreds of children and teens go in and out of there every day and Mark greets most of them by name. I can't imagine the place without him and will seriously consider not going back if they don't reinstate him.
The guy worked in Ballard for THIRTY years, building one of the best clubs in the state while becoming one of the most beloved figures in town, and this is how they reward him. Classy.
After the way the treated him, I think "kowtow" is an understatement.

YES! Thank you, Jen. And yes, I still get called that, and still get unsolicited "advice" from old ladies at the store even though I've been successfully taking care of my kids for the past ten years. Ugh.

Although I agree that people in general (and actors in particular) should drink more, he was great in The Ghost Writer.
