Adios, Chevy.
@6, that show has some of the best writing and acting on television, with the awkward exception of any scene with Chase in it. He's a comic albatross.

Maybe the Worst Trailer I Have Ever Seen.
I have to disagree, Paul. The trailer makes you discover Raymond & Peter the same way most of us did pre-internet: hearing this crazy recording and having no idea what the hell is going on.
Also, yay for @5.

The Death of White American Cities.
@16, 17, & 19 absolutely. Seattle (city limits) is actually one of the most racially segregated of the larger cities, and got LESS diverse over the last decade. The suburbs however are a very different story, especially the South County 'burbs.

Celery Is the Most Overrated Vegetable Ever!.
The only thing that keeps me from declaring as a full-blown atheist is the hope that I someday might live in a heaven without republicans, mosquitoes, or celery. Vile stalks!

Seattle, Alaska.
SLC actually has two professional sports teams, both improbably named. Is Real Salt Lake any less laughable than "the Jazz"?

Week in Review.
Eli, thank you thank you thank you for taking the time to go on KUOW and call out Joni Balter on some of the stupid blather that is the Seattle Times editorial page.

Vote Yes on Prop 1: Stop the Bleeding.
@2 & @7
It is regressive, but 2 pennies on every $10 isn't going to send anyone over the line into poverty. On the other hand, our friends and neighbors already living in poverty are those most likely to need the services that will be cut if Prop 1 fails.
