CB @ 22. You come off as a real asshole. But that is beside the point. The point is that the health care marketplace is truly AFU regardless of whether one is able to afford some kind of health insurance or shows up at an emergency room for immediate critical care.

If a "large percentage" are indeed showing up at emergency expecting free Tylenol tell them to get the fuck out because emergency is just what it says. The Hansen/Ballmer group has a purchase and sale agreement in hand with the current owners, the Maloofs. Every NBA owner stands to make a tidy sum on the sale when franchise fees and relocation fees are distributed. As well, owners, as a group, are reluctant to void such a sale because it diminishes their own franchise value and ability to profit from a future sale of their own franchise.

The Kings turning into the Sonics is essentially a done deal.

Never have understood why the arbitrary cap number was there in the first place. There should no exemption. It makes as much sense as exempting those that hold handicapped parking permits from paying to park. Have never understood that either. Are they all poor?

Certainly not fan of Scalia but to take him up on the notion of regulating firarms, the following should be enacted.

That being: every gun must be titled exactly as an automobile is. Hence, every firearm must have a registered owner who would be financially responsible for said firearm in the same way an automobile owner is liable. The boon to insurance underwriters would be huge although injury and death claims attributed to firearms may reach great sums, I'm sure the premiums charged to licensed owners would be set accordingly.

What all you doods at 22, 31 and 38 don't get is what 17 could have stated more clearly. Carroll was not "cheating" or claiming that he did not, in fact, call the TO. What he was crabbing about was that the center snapped and the kicker took a practice shot after the TO was called.

The play should not have happened although I don't believe there is a penalty in the rulebook covering that instance. If anyone was cheating on that play it was the Atlanta kicking team.
