What it depicts: The victory ride of a gold palace back to the holy city of Ayodhya after the god-man Rama, his wife Sita, his brother Lakshmana, and an army of monkeys and bears have defeated the demon Ravana at the end of their 14-year exile (from toward the end of the Ramayana).

Where you can see it: It's in the exhibition Many Arrows from Rama's Bow: Paintings of the Ramayana at Seattle Asian Art Museum through December 2.
