MOSHE KASHER
Hello, human people. FYI: It is a moral imperative that you attend this show. If you miss it, you are a bad person who deserves to have a spider, lizard, or any sort of godless spider-lizard hybrid lay eggs in your head. Moshe Kasher is the kind of funny that I'm too lazy to describe, because it's so much funnier than whatever my description would be, so I might as well just go take a nap. He's the best comic you've never heard of. Or, if you have heard of him, you're masturbating right now. You're welcome. Laugh's Comedy Spot, $15, early show 18+/late show 21+.

'ADVENTURE BUDDIES: EPISODE 6'
It's a conflict-of-interest-packed Chuckletown this week, folks—not only will I be performing my "comedies" in the Ahamefule J. Oluo and Mike Show (see above), I can also be seen here live and on film in Adventure Buddies: Episode 6. But don't go to this show because of me (unless you like to watch drunk train wrecks cry!), go because Travis Vogt and Kevin Clarke have a knack for sharp, goofy, endearing lampoons of pop culture that almost always involve everyone in the universe blowing up. Also, I get shot in the head with a laser gun. Win-win! Sunset Tavern, 9:30 pm, $6, 21+.

"This person says things that make me laugh" does not (and does not have to) equal "This person says things that I agree with."
Agreement, in fact, often stifles laughter. (It takes someone truly clever to generate laughter without the tension of disagreement.)
As far as this bit goes, I could dissect this as the comedy of misplaced arrogance that Moshe does, eventually, turn back upon himself...but I think any lengthy discussion of the bit will end up killing the frog.
Lindy likes Moshe because he's funny. I like Moshe because he's funny. If you don't find him funny, don't go. Comedy's cool like that.
