Girl Trouble plays there. That's enough for me.

My favorite place!

I've been going to the Funhouse for ten years now. They're incredible! It's the best punk venue. Always a fun crowd, cheap beers, and we love playing there! Funhouse supports the musicians- none of that "pay to play" BS that a lot of venues do. Brian is seriously kick ass, and all the staff is friendly and accomidating. There are no words to describe how kick ass the Funhouse is, every night of the week.

HELL YEA

The funhouse is just perfect the way it is. Basketball in the back which no one can really shoot after a few drinks so go for it. Drinks poured strong and quickly. Music loud and decidedly punk rock. LOVE IT!

Hearty Welcome

My husband and I visited Seattle for our 6 year anniversary. When we got through at EMP we looked around for a place to get a drink and there was the Funhouse. How could we not go in with an inviting smile so prominently displayed out front. The regulars made us feel very welcome and immediately threw us the basketball. Apparently no one gets out without throwing a couple shots. The bartender knows how to pour a drink too... wow. We got great information on where to stay and play from these guys and had a fantastic trip. We'll definately stop by next time we're in town. Shout out to the beer drinker/hoop shooter born in Eugene.

Go if you give a fuck!

All the great and horrible Seattle bands play here. I adore it!

Nice clothes not needed.

Just an old pair of jeans and your favorite hooded sweatshirt... The Funhouse is a truly a dive bar. If you like everything shiney and brand new, then this is not the place for you. They open at 3 P.M. daily and are open until the ususal closing time. Sometimes the bands are really good and sometimes they suck. But, it's always a good time and very entertaining. Even watching crappy bands is fun because at least they're interesting. Drunken basketball on the patio at any time of night or day. It's just great... Can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone is nice there too. If you miss old Seattle (think OK Hotel, Rock Candy, The Frontier Room, etc.) then this is your place. Long live the Funhouse! AND NO FRAT FUCKERS ALLOWED!

Funhouse Kicks Ass!

This place is great! Its the last good small venue for local rock bands to play. Why not support a place that supports Seattle musicians?!? The beer is cheap, and the patio is great for hanging out right under the Space Needle. Long live the Funhouse!
