That's a Wrap!
Strangercrombie 2010 is over! Thanks so much to everyone who donated to the auction and to everyone who placed a bid. You helped make Strangercrombie an overwhelming success.
This year, our auction benefited two very good causes: Childhaven and Downtown Emergency Service Center (you can read The Stranger's profile of these organizations here). We'll be back for more do-gooding for the holidays in 2011.
If you have any questions about the Strangercrombie auction, feel free to contact us using the little box to the right.

So You're a Big Steampunk Nerd (Da Artz)
Donated by London Particulars / Seattle Steamrats / Anonymous Donation
Two VIP passes to the Steampunk Exhibition Ball at the Museum of History & Industry: burlesque, absinthe, music, beard and mustache competitions, a hall of wonders, a waltzing ballroom, and more. (And the SEB is a benefit for the Center for Sex Positive Culture, so you may very well get laid—or whatever you steampunk people say. Get riveted? Get your goggles steamed? I give up.) Passes get you into the VIP lounge, line-jumping privileges at the bars and coat check, and gift bags. This will be a great way to show off your new pair of steampunk cuff links (made from "vintage watchworks") from London Particulars. Plus signed copies of Boneshaker, Dreadnought, and Clementine by local steampunk superstar Cherie Priest. And, as a little bonus, an unread and pristine copy of The Absolute Sandman Volume One.
