Someday this godforsaken election will be over, we'll have a woman mayor, and we'll still be talking about Teresa Mosqueda vs. Jon Grant until I die the city council will have a new member. But first, we have to vote.
Your ballot should have arrived by now. It is due by 8 pm on Tuesday, November 7. Below is everything you need to know about what to do with it, what to do if you lost it, and what to do once it's finally Election Day.

It's going to be OK. This page has all the info you need about how to print your replacement ballot or envelope.
If you click here, you can log in with your name and birthdate, fill out your ballot online, and either print it at home or email it. (If you email it, you'll have to follow up later with a paper version, according to a spokesperson for King County Elections. That site will give you all the information you need about that.)
You can also go to one of these locations, including the downtown Voter Registration Annex at the King County Administration Building (500 4th Avenue, Room 440), to vote in person up until 8 pm on Election Day.

Get that ballot to King County Elections by either mailing it or dropping it in a drop box.
Your ballot will almost certainly be delivered by mail even if you don't put a stamp on it. But if you don't use a stamp, those postage costs come out of the county elections budget and there is a small chance your ballot will be returned to you. So if you're going to mail it, at least try to get a stamp.
Better yet, use a drop box, where there is no stamp required. Here are all of the county's drop boxes:
