This is the annual collaboration between Northwest Film Forum and Velocity Dance Center showcasing contemporary dance on film, from video recordings of staged work to choreography created specifically for the camera to animation and beyond. Tonight’s program features work from Seattle, Bellingham, NYC, Italy, and Denmark; tomorrow night’s program makes a similar tour of the globe with all new works. Both nights feature work from a plethora of Seattle dance luminaries, including Alice Gosti, Jody Kuehner, Kate Wallich, and Molly Sides.
