I’m going to go out on a limb here and assume the author is either the crazy communist sign holding guy from 6th avenue, or somehow related.
No, that guy has integrity about people not communicating with him fairly about his housing (though he’s overreacting, of course, and blaming the wrong people in the first place). This letter is obviously from the same greasy, schlubby, redneck kitsch artist week after week, chucking like a brain-damaged weasel-face to himself between bouts of tacky porn. Am I the only one who immediately thinks college greek *system*?
IA is in a sorority. Stalker is independent, but he’s a jock, so his teammates often let him get in to their fraternity parties.
Stalker and IA have a messy breakup (of course, the phrase “twenty years” is not literal – it just means, “SOOO long ago back when we were first dating”). At some point there is a big public scene and IA somehow embarasses/offends her sorority, possibly while crying, screeching, and getting so drunk that she gets alcohol poisoning and goes home for the rest of the semester.
But she is back on campus this fall, and now that everyone has heard how Stalker was cheating from the very beginning and how his jerky behavior triggered IA’s meltdown, they stop judging her and close ranks. Everyone in the sorority (and the fraternities they mix with) has sided with her.
But Stalker keeps lurking around the social scene, alternating between:
A. trying to get IA back by making her jealous (he does this by sleeping with that one *sister* in her sorority with super-low self esteem who everyone feels sorry for), and
B. pouting when IA doesn’t fall for his tricks, and bringing it up to everyone how badly she behaved when she had her meltdown.
But it’s not going to work – she knows that he cheated on her back at the beginning, everyone knows that he was a jerk, and if he keeps trashing her, the fraternities won’t let him come to any more parties.
Of course, there is a big hole in this hypothesis:
I’m an southern girl who went to a small private school where it was a given that you would rush, and greek life dominates campus. But I believe that a Seattle resident wouldn’t be caught dead in a sorority, no?

As a person from a psychological background, I immediately thought “system” may be a reference to Dissassociative Identity Disorder (“multiple personalities”) because “system” is a common term used to refer to all the personalities in a DID person’s head. It would also go along well with the fact that Anonymous sounds like a total nut job.
Of course, multiple personalities aren’t real, but are more the product of suggestion and a propensity for drama. They are, however, very “in” for people to claim and even diagnose themselves as having without seeing a professional. I bet Anonymous is referring to abuse, probably blames their abuser for the creation of their personalities, and is in reality just soaking up all the drama and attention this arch nemesis scenario provides.
