Despite valiant efforts to collect enough local liquor for us all, the weather is not permitting, so the last installment of The Stranger’s First Annual Local Liquor Taste Tests is moving to Sunday at 9:30 p.m. It’ll still be at Liberty, and some of your favorite drunkards from the staff will still be on hand, and we will still all take taste-test some wild-card local liquor with Washington State Bartenders Guild president Andrew Friedman.

The details:
· 9:30 p.m. on Sunday to taste with misc. Stranger drunkards (you may do it without us earlier—or later!—just inquire)
· $5 tasting fee
· at Liberty on 15th (in the back room_
· local wild cards: liqueurs, absinthes, and who knows what all!

See you at Liberty!

  1. What kind of drunks and ne’er-do-wells are going out for drinks that late on a Sunday evening? Besides Starnger writers, of course. I was excited when I saw the headline, and hoped I would be able to make it to the tasting party.

But 9 pm? Some of us have to work in the morning, etc. Also, stay off my lawn.
