There’s not a lot of new news in today’s Politico report about Washington State Governor Jay Inslee heading back to Iowa. Inslee tells Politico he’s “not ruling out” a presidential run in 2020, but as local reporters pointed out on Twitter, Inslee’s been “not ruling out” various things (including a third run for governor) since August.

Still, if you’re the busy governor of Washington state, you don’t go to Iowa twice in one year if you’re not seriously thinking about wooing the butter cow. Heads up, gov: the “I like butter” line is already taken.
