(FILM) From the trailer, this gymnastics movie starring Missy Peregrym looks like Bring It On, except tougher (it’s written and directed by Jessica Bendinger, the writer of the great cheerleading movie). But that’s before you’ve seen the wild, Busby Berkeley–inspired stretching circle; the surprisingly hardcore gymnastics routines; and the collective mutiny of fed-up girls in long-sleeved leotards. Oh, and if it’s unbelievably horrible puns you’re after, Bendinger still has the magic touch. (See Movie Times, page 91, for details.)
