Inauguration update: Television cameras tell us that partly cloudy skies are ruling the skies overhead allowing for long bouts of sunshine hopefully keeping some folks a bit warmer or at least providing the idea of warmth. Clouds from the Carolina storm system are staying just to the south enough to allow for this pocket of sunshine over D.C.
