Yeah, Harrell sometimes speaks like the linebacker he once was but it would have been nice for you to give him props for the position he is taking here. He’s endorsing a preventive measure rather than taking the usual political position of addressing a crime issue by advocating more police and/or prisons. Prevention can keep kids out of the big house for life and us from paying for it forever as well.
