Definitely drunky: Cookies Monster was Sesame Street, not the Muppets! Still awesome.
“Muppet” is the trademarked name for the puppets themselves, regardless of the show on which they appeared. And it was rare, but not unheard of that a “SS” muppet would occasionally make a brief cameo on “TMS”, Kermit being the most obvious example. Cookie himself appeared on an episode with guest host Marty Feldman.
