However! It occurs to me that the internal topography of the anus and vagina are sufficiently different that you might lose more to the condom in one than the other. The anal landscape is basically tubular and radially symmetrical, right? But the interior of the vagina is textured and only bilaterally symmetric. It could be that the condom itself isn't all that different in shape and texture from what you'd experience during anal sex anyway.

I think many guys who don't like condoms haven't tried enough different kinds. It takes a bit of trial and error to find the one that feels best with the shape,size, and sensitivity of your dick.
What I don't understand are the bottoms who are all hot and bothered about getting fucked bareback. The nerves in your ass aren't that sensitive to tell the difference, so why take that risk?
Don't forget the 'MR BUBBLE' generation. Women who grew up in the 80's who took a lot of bubble baths as kids developed chronic UTIs long before they started having sex. Ditto for women (and men) who use body wash. Apparently the chemicals in bubble bath, baby products, feminine hygiene products, and body washes cause dysuria and urinary tract irritation.

That's the one thing I've ever liked about SSRI antidepressants, actually - it's damn near impossible to come prematurely. The downside to that, of course, is that sometimes it can be damn near impossible to come at all. Otherwise, I hate those damned pills. Never did me a lick of good for depression, but they did let me pound my girlfriend like a jackhammer. Oh well.

Totally agree with the clean-up issue as well and would not subject my female lovers to the hormone wierdness that is Rx birth control.
I am a straight female who happens to get UTIs after sex somewhat frequently. It's not a disease, it's an infection. Nobody is sure what really causes it, but it does happen to some women. In cases such as this, their doctor will give them a low dose of antibiotic to take after sex to lessen the chance of getting a UTI.
UTIs are less common in men, but I'm wondering if doctors offer this option to them?

In fact the African studies which all this hype is based on did show a difference between the risky behaviours of cut and uncut - the cut had 18% more partners in the South African test. Re condom use this was so low anyway that the result wasn't deemed significant - 17% of cut used condoms consistently compared with 20% of the uncut in one study. But that is a 15% reduction in condom use - and imagine what effect that could have in the developed world where condom use is much higher.
It's well worth having a good look at these African studies, who did them and what the actual results were. For example in Kenya as the gap between the risk behaviours of the cut and uncut widened in the final 6 months so the HIV infection difference levelled off - to just one man... After observing that, the circ advocates running the study stopped it early....and said they'd proved a massive difference in HIV and no extra risky behaviours...

Also, I'm cut & for some reason I don't mind condoms when I'm f-ing a woman. However, with guys I have a hard time (no pun intended) staying hard. I never thought about the cut/uncut factor before; it does make sense.
Bareback sex is better for me. I suspect it varies from person to person, like everything else. It's pretty meaningless to make a blanket comment for all cocks, because it's almost certainly wrong.
