I'm pretty conservative politically and I'm a Tea Party-er, but this is outrageous. And heartbreaking. Someone deserves to be punished severely for these crimes.

Sadly, the monster that is the "state" (government) cares nothing about individual rights. It will use any means of collecting funds, gay or straight. Let us not be lead to think that this is the result of anti-gay sentiments. This is cold, hard cruelty. It does not matter what the sexual orientation of these people were. It does not matter even if they had a sexual relationship. Even two close friends should not have been treated this way.

This just happened to a straight couple in Portland Oregon. A fiduciary and her attorney took an almost half million dollar property from an elderly man while he was ill. Even after he recovered, she continued unabated. She took his and his room mates personal property and disposed of it as part of the estate of the elderly man's mother. I have documents showing the whole ugly incident and I will share with anyone who wishes to know the truth about this court appointed "guardian" and her attorney, and just how far they will go to shamelessly rob your elders---if someone like Adult Protective Services asks them to.

So, what's your gain from mingling here with negative remarks about the victim? Who are you really? Who told you what to say? Because he has a court-appointed lawyer, he's automatically incompetent? Perhaps he has a court-appointed lawyer because he's BROKE as they state took EVERYTHING from him and SOLD IT to pay for his partner's medical bills, ya think?
