(Seattle Times) A Navy surplus vessel ran around in Port Gamble Bay Thursday, spilling diesel fuel from a vent.The 50 to 60-foot vessel had about 1,000 gallons of fuel on board, the boat's caretaker told authorities. Workers are on the scene trying to contain the spill.
