We've endorsed games from the Kongregate web portal before, and we'll likely do so again. They attract talented developers (and some not-so-talented, but the cream mostly rises) and make their games easy and fun to play. Last week they achieved a bit of notoriety when their new Android app was pulled by Google less than 24 hours after launch (thanks to some agreement-violating display and storage issues), but as of yesterday, the app is back, legal, and ready for you to download. You'll need Android 2.2 (Froyo) and Flash 10.1, but those without Froyo can still get by using their pretty decent mobile website. Nothing for iOS until Apple embraces Flash (zing! ha!) or we've all moved ahead hand in hand to meet the glorious future that is HTML5.
