From what I hear, there will be a public vote, it just won't mean anything.
3
Tunisia and Egypt can happen here.
4
@1, the public vote will have the meaning its proponents timed their filings to impart: political meaning for their futures. That's about it.

Dont be suprised if the tunnel supporters are business onwers along the waterfront. Be careful who you call a Nazi.
6
@5 exactly. They wear pink dress shirts with green ties.

Nazis wear brown shirts with brown or black ties.

Well my wife has a part time job on the waterfront, working for a company that has a stranger newspaper rack in their store. If you want to be a dick and go all TeaParty/TownHallMeeting on them, by all means, its your right to be a raging jackinape liberal douchebag. But dont be suprised if Stranger newspaper racks dissapear from the waterfront.

So be careful who you call a Nazi.
8
@7 sure sounds like what the Nazis did for the first three years before the Olympics ...

I like how coming in under budget = killing the site contingency fund and reallocating it to the budget. Ergo, not really under budget at all. Just wait until things go totally under budget when we need the now non-existent site contingency fund if there are any site irregularities

Please wait...
