Hey Seattle, have you seen the nonsense going on at the development site of 1519 Minor, the tomato-hued "green" apartment building site (formerly a parking garage) happening right behind the Pillars dog park? Here, take a look:

I do not understand why the architects have chosen to install horse blinders on this building. Perforated horse blinders! On every window! The website tells me nothing. Can someone please explain to me the purpose behind this perforated eyesore?
