Seattle Times:

An earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale struck Southwest Washington about 11 miles northwest of Mount St. Helens on Thursday afternoon, according to the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network.

Washington Emergency Management said there were “no reports of being felt.”
