Fans of the BBC version of Sherlock, get excited—because here's the official trailer for the special holiday episode. It's called the "The Abominable Bride," in which Sherlock (a deer stalker cap-wearing Benedict Cumberbatch) and Watson (now he's got a walrus mustache) somehow wind up in not-so-jolly old Victorian England. Plus, not only will this 90 minute episode debut simultaneously in the UK and US on January 1, a special version of the episode will be shown in theaters on January 6. From Deadline:

The plan is to screen in more than 500 cinemas nationwide with cities to be confirmed closer to tickets going on sale November 6. There will be one showing on each of the days via Fathom Events, BBC Worldwide North America’s partner for the screenings. Theater audiences will see 20 minutes of exclusive additional footage, which will include a making-of short starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.
