In a ridiculous late-night YouTube video, Michele Bachmann just announced that she’s not running for a fifth Congressional term. Get a load of this long-winded “victory” lap:
Bachmann wants you to know that she totally could’ve won if she ran again. Also, she wants you to know that her refusal to run again has totally got nothing to do with those scandals that have been plaguing her office. She vows to continue to protect traditional marriage and blah blah blah in her personal life, but this crazy train seems like it’s maybe run out of track.
