There is a "Get Print Book" button that results with every Google Books search result, that once you click it, directs you to a second related web page with "Buy This Book" in large font and then a list of online vendors and prices/links for that book with each is listed.

There is a second much smaller font button "Find in a library" that once it is clicked redirects you to a third web page listing nearby libraries that house the book. To borrow the book you have to click twice on two separate web pages.

I wonder if any of this was brought up in the suit? The system, while obviously benefiting Google, in part, is set up to sell the books.

As an aside, I wonder additionally if this is a way for Google to at least be a part of all Amazon re-directed search result sales?

It's not a settlement, just a straight win for Google. Settlement is when the plaintiff agrees to drop the case.
