In The First Few Days, self-described as “The Ultimate Homemade B-Movie Experience,” is pretty true to the description—it’s amateurish, lo-fi, and totally low-budge. But for a locally-made no-budget horror film—it’s pretty good. Watching the screener made me think of Troma and perfectly insane director Llyod Kaufman (“make your own damn movie, and quit bitching about mine!”)

In The First Few Days screens tomorrow at The Rendevous Jewelbox Theater, March 17th, 8 pm, FREE.
