The standby flavor is vanilla, but look for seasonal specials like lavender or pumpkin at your neighborhood farmers market. And for the love of your stomach lining, don’t hoover up an entire eight-ounce container in one sitting or you’ll feel like a wedding squab with a belly full of rice right before its inevitable explosion.
