It’s easy to find a bar in Seattle with delicious drinks, or a great atmosphere, or stellar bartenders, or surprisingly tasty food. It’s harder to find one with all of these things and more. Add affordable prices, free pool and darts, and regular trivia nights, and you get the Nabob. Tucked away behind an unassuming entryway in Lower Queen Anne, the Nabob is where grown-ups go to have a good time. Weeknights are quiet and relaxed; weekends are rowdier and more crowded, but utterly devoid of the shouty grodiness that characterizes much of the Saturday-night bar scene.
